This project presents an original FPV drone concept designed from the ground up as part of a hard-surface modeling and product design study. The goal was to create a modern quadcopter platform that reflects the aggressive, lightweight aesthetic commonly seen in high-performance FPV racing drones.
The design focuses on a compact frame structure with exposed mechanical elements, emphasizing both functionality and visual clarity. Particular attention was given to the structural arms, camera mount housing, and overall frame balance to achieve a believable layout that could realistically support high-speed maneuvering and aerial filming.
This project explores the intersection of industrial design and real-time 3D asset creation, demonstrating clean hard-surface modeling and attention to mechanical structure. The asset was created as an original concept rather than a recreation of an existing drone model.
